Opening of bank accounts

Following the establishment and subsequent operation of the company, it is in most cases essential to open a bank account for the company. Requirements of foreign banks differ in terms of internal regulations whilst are all subject to restrictions set forth AML legislation. Every bank has the right for refusal of opening a bank account. This however can be prevented by transparent communication with bankers and timely delivery of all necessary corporate documents, information and KYC.
